Which systems should be separated?

  1. Compare SoC, cell deviation, DC-DC output, motor torque request, regeneration and ICE engagement conditions in one capture.
  2. During READY/charging, monitor pack temperatures, cell delta, isolation, 12 V and charging-power curve together.

Risk of false generalization

  • Without leak and actuator-command verification, a healthy turbo can be replaced unnecessarily.
  • Displayed range or one SoH value alone does not prove battery health.
