• Freeze frame: first/last fault time, RPM, load, vehicle speed, system voltage, core temperatures and companion DTCs.

Root-cause split

• For DPF/SCR faults, separate sensor result from real loading: differential pressure, EGT chain, soot/ash calculation and NOx conversion must be physically consistent.

What should be verified first?

Model name alone is insufficient. Do not generalize parts fitment, chronic issues or service procedures until production period, market, platform/generation, powertrain, transmission and controller identity are matched.
