- Southeast Asia
- Period/status
- 2014- • Current sale / production

System map
- ICE, HV/48 V, 12 V, DC-DC, motor-generator, regeneration and thermal management are layers of one energy chain.
- HV battery, BMS, isolation, inverter, OBC/DC-DC, 12 V and thermal management are separate evidence chains.
- For network faults, evaluate source ECU, gateway path, power/ground and wake/sleep behaviour together.
Measurement and verification sequence
- Compare SoC, cell deviation, DC-DC output, motor torque request, regeneration and ICE engagement conditions in one capture.
- During READY/charging, monitor pack temperatures, cell delta, isolation, 12 V and charging-power curve together.
- Measure CAN-H/CAN-L bias and termination under the fault condition, not only key-on; capture message timing with source address.
Misdiagnosis traps
- Displayed range or one SoH value alone does not prove battery health.
Source lineage and technical separation
- Source record

- Source volume
- 14
- Evidence grade
- D · source-lineage identity; not OEM service evidence
Variant-specific system split
- ICE, 12 V, HV/48 V, DC-DC, motor-generator and thermal management are separate control layers; energy flow is aligned with the fault event.
- In an EV, HV battery/BMS, contactor-HVIL/isolation, inverter-motor, OBC/DC-DC, 12 V and cooling circuits are separate evidence branches.
Freeze frame / live data
- Freeze frame: first/last fault time, RPM, load, vehicle speed, system voltage, core temperatures and companion DTCs.
- Electrified layer: SOC/SOH where available, cell delta, pack temperatures, HVIL/isolation, contactor permission, DC-DC output and 12 V voltage.
Root-cause split
- For READY/charging faults, separate 12 V supply from the HV permission chain first; low 12 V can mimic contactor/HVIL/isolation faults.
- For battery performance, use cell delta, temperature spread and voltage deviation under load/charge instead of one SoH percentage alone.
What should be verified first?
Model name alone is insufficient. Do not generalize parts fitment, chronic issues or service procedures until production period, market, platform/generation, powertrain, transmission and controller identity are matched.
