X20 is a production and growth target. Unique factual counters such as models, engines, transmissions, DTCs and J1939 rise only with source-backed records. This release creates 12,000 class/system/diagnostic coverage dossiers; they are not counted as unique OEM records.
Quota per class
Each class: 20 macro systems × 40 diagnostic dimensions = 800 technical dossiers and 1,600 TR+EN surfaces. Every class receives the same quota.
